While enjoying you breakfast you can view an attractive garden while sitting in our conservatory. 

We are small family run business that puts our customers first. Our guest house is furnished to a high standard throughout. 

Situated close to the major road and rail links around Edinburgh, yet only 10 minutes from the city centre. We have free on street parking and a direct bus service straight to Princess Street. 

We also only 10 minutes drive from the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and less that 10 minutes from The Playhouse.
